Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by Tirodex Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("Tirodex Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") to any client, individual, or company engaging our services ("Client," "you," or "your").Tirodex Technologies may update this Agreement from time to time by revising this page. Please check back periodically to stay informed of any changes. By partnering or engaging with Tirodex Technologies including through any quotation, application, or service order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any additional terms that may apply to specific services.

1. General Terms of Service

Acceptance of a quotation via Client signature confirms that the following terms have been read, understood, and accepted:

a) Quotation validity - Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.

b) Deposit - A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total product/service cost is payable before any work commences.

c) No refunds - The Client acknowledges that they are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

d) Project commencement - Work will only begin on the agreed project date, once payment (including any deposit) reflects in the Tirodex Technologies account. The agreed project date is based on Tirodex Technologies' availability at the time of booking. If the deposit is paid after the original agreed date, availability will need to be reconfirmed, and project delays or a revised start date may result.

e) Final payment - Full and final payment is due within 48 hours of service completion and issue of the final invoice.

f) Access to deliverables - Access will be granted within 24 hours of final payment reflecting in the Tirodex Technologies account. If payment is not received within 48 hours, Tirodex Technologies reserves the right to withhold the product/service as security until payment is made, and the Client will have no right of access or use until then.

g) Legal and collection costs - Should Tirodex Technologies need to instruct an attorney or pursue legal action to recover payment or address any other breach of this Agreement, the Client will be liable for all resulting attorney-client legal costs, as well as any tracing and collection fees.

2. Compliance and Risk Assessment Services

For compliance and risk assessment engagements specifically, acceptance of the quotation via Client signature confirms that the following terms have been read, understood, and accepted:

a) Quotation validity - Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.

b) Payment - Full payment of the total product/service cost is payable before any work commences.

c) No refunds - The Client acknowledges that they are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

d) Project commencement - Work will only begin on the agreed project date, once payment reflects in the Tirodex Technologies account. The agreed project date is based on Tirodex Technologies' availability at the time of booking. If payment is made after the original agreed date, availability will need to be reconfirmed, and project delays or a revised start date may result.

e) Additional services - Any services requested beyond the scope of the original quotation will be quoted separately. Full and final payment for additional services is due within 48 hours of the new invoice being issued, and such services will not be rendered until payment is received.

f) Legal and collection costs - Should Tirodex Technologies need to instruct an attorney or pursue legal action to recover payment or address any other breach of this Agreement, the Client will be liable for all resulting attorney-client legal costs, as well as any tracing and collection fees.
